Job DescriptionPerformance Objectives:Financial
  • Contribute to the development of plans and budgets, delivering planned performance assigned and ensuring Taiwan generates revenue, profit and market share growth in accordance with the Taiwan budget plan
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services
  • Coordinate with advisory team members to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with internal and external parties to maximize the penetration of key target accounts
Excellence
  • Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that clients are regularly informed about the implications and opportunities that changing laws and regulations have on their benefits plans
  • Develop your personal profile in the Taiwan market
  • Lead the development, commercialization and dissemination of company-wide intellectual capital with respect to benefit plan strategy and management into Taiwan
  • Ensure appropriate governance and work quality processes are followed on work carried out within the team
  • Contribute to the development of new Health & Benefits tools and approaches within Taiwan
People
  • Serve as the Sales Champion of Health Benefits Taiwan to drive regional sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Act as a sales mentor to associates to build a sales culture within the team
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Work and collaborate across Lines of Business to meet overall objectives for Taiwan
Clients
  • Lead, manage and participate in multiple client engagements
  • Present quality deliverables to clients
  • Establish a trusted advisor role with clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management
  • Ensure project managers within the team are maintaining progress against established budget, timeline and quality standards
Collaborate across Geographies and Lines of Business to effectively pursue and deliver on multi-faceted projectsQualifications
  • A proven ability to generate profitable revenue relevant to the Health and Benefits business
  • Significant experience and success in the design/management of group health plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment
  • A track record of success in managing large client relationships and leading teams
  • Experience in managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
  • A proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
  • Polished and well developed written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • A superior ability to influence and collaborate with management and work across all levels of an organization.
  • An Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health & Benefits plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches
  • A proficient English language skill
An undergraduate degree is required; advanced degree preferred
