Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing markets with internal or external cooperation in environmental business, to illustrate, the development of new opportunities in partnership with our marketing & sub-business unit team and the drafting of engaging thought leadership prices
• Create and deliver ESG (Especially in Environmental) strategies and sustainability program including police, procedures and monitoring to our customers to help their companies and business become more socially and environmentally responsible in how they operate
• Create sustainable solutions for the often-conflicting needs of the environment, development and successful business. And work closely with our clients to help them measure and then improve their sustainability performance
• Have the consulting mindset to proactively seek new business opportunities in the new market
• Support Geneva projects

Reporting Line

• Reports To: Director

Specific Responsibilities

Existing Business Development

• Understand the environmental market and have ability to analyze the global business trends to drive environmental business development activities
• Work across BUs or functions with colleague in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
• Base on the current resources and market analysis to search out new projects or opportunities
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/service (provide total solutions)

ESG Business development

• ESG criteria including environmental, social and governance and at very beginning this role take responsibility for environmental part including climate risk, scarcity of natural resource, pollution and waste and environmental related investment opportunities
• Establishes and plan for ESG services such as recommend technologies and explain the most cost-effective and beneficial routes to sustainability
• Use environmental impact to measure issues including carbon footprint, energy performance, noise pollution or air quality…etc to provide the advice around how clients can meet regulations laid out in environmental laws
• Work with large and complex data sets to deliver actionable projects outcome such as provide the ESG services to avoid companies that might pose a greater financial risk due to their environmental or other practices

Profile

• Master degree required, in Environmental Engineering or Chemical-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting company experience and need to have at least one expertise in environmental field such as air ,water ,waste ,groundwater and soil.
• Strong command of written and spoken English
