Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Audit & Compliance focal, you will be responsibility for Audit readiness, Business controls, and Compliance within the accounts and services they support. Focal has to ensure the processes are in-line with IBM & client security policy.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure the processes are followed with the tower.
• Ensure that compliance processes are followed as In-line with IBM & Customer driven processes
• Responsible for necessary artifact to be retained and SLA guidelines to be followed.
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience required in SSO Audit and compliance.
• Expertise in process awareness along with the analysis skill to ensure the compliance evidences are In-line with process requirement.
• Experience in Supporting external and internal audit requirements.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Ability on advisory control and execution. Time spend providing "hands-on" help to line management and process owner to re-engineer / improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business process, identifying and mitigating control risk, leveraging business analytics tools and technology, providing education/training/advice on required control mechanisms, completing special project.
• Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
• Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
• Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
• In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
• Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
