Market Assessment, Consumer Understanding & Insight:

-Define market drivers and generate insights from market, business, category, competitor, and brand performance data analysis.

- Tap into internal stakeholders (i.e. Sales) to gather holistic view of the market and spot opportunities, leverage trends, category and consumer research to generate actionable insights.

Brand Strategy and Positioning:

- Assist Category Manager to decide on local brand strategies to grow in line with global brand strategy while building brand equity.

- Leverage research and segmentation to understand consumer journey and key occasions.

- Optimize and manage portfolio strategy within brands and partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to align on channel strategies.

Brand Planning:

- Marketing Manager to manage brand P&L and resource optimization.

- Set clear KPIs for all brand activations, and manage the performance of portfolio.

Brand Communications:

- Develop local communication strategy while keeping alignment with global strategy.

- Deliver strong quality communication briefs & briefings that inspire and drive agencies/partners.

- Assist Marketing Manager to partner with Brand Company to understand, develop and evaluate master brand communication ideas strategically.

- Define executional KPIs and measure, track, course correct in “real-time.”

Brand Activation & Integrated Marketing Campaign:

- Develop 12 month rolling brand activity plan (i.e. events, PR) with integrated communication programs.

- Execute operational and logistical process for all brand activation plans.

Brand budget A&P:

- Plan, monitor, control and maximize efficiency on Marketing A&P spending to be in line with the agreed brand plan in cooperation with the finance/trade marketing/sales teams.
