Own all Semiconductor account sales responsibilities of specified MSD EM products relating to Semiconductor Markets including resolving any issues.
  • Define, align and implement Account Strategy
  • Developing and executing Semiconductor account growth strategy to align with division goals
  • Ensure the booing number and revenue recognition in line with targets
  • Manage ‘roadmap to PO’ using structured selling approaches such as Miller-Heiman and ensure to follow compliance regulations strictly
  • Manage strategy and tactics for defined products in close cooperation with the Business Unit owners, Application team and Service teams
  • Confirm all system configurations, specifications and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders
  • Apply PPI to identify and resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems
  • Ensure and follow up CAS
  • Leverage the capability at Semiconductor Market to develop synergy projects.
  • Build up the culture with company 4i value
