To proactively support CEO Taiwan in strategy setting and managerial execution to achieve the overall goals of Taiwan

Job Content

• Proactively support CEO Taiwan in strategic planning and performance evaluation
• Facilitate the collaboration among businesses/functions and Corridor businesses with other markets
• Participate in facilitating and monitoring the implementation of the CEO Scorecard to ensure assigned financial/non-financial targets are delivered
• Liaise cross-entities, businesses, and functions for country performance oversight and alignment
• Coordinate the implementation and tracking of regional/country-wide key projects and initiatives
• Provide managerial information for senior management’s decision making
• Prepare internal/external CEO presentation, i.e. regulator meeting, CEO Town Hall, regional conference, seminar, etc.
• Conduct analysis of bank profitability, market intelligence, competitors, and organizational positioning
• Organize country-wise management meetings and staff engagement activities
• Provide support to CEO Taiwan in operational and internal control initiatives

Skills/Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3+ years of working experience at banking industry
• Extensive knowledge of financial as well as banking industry
• Ability to quickly respond to ad hoc requests and deliver the results with quality before deadline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build connectivity with stakeholders
• Working knowledge in Mandarin and English is essential
