The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and implantation of energy service projects to secure high quality output and on-time delivery to pursue higher customer satisfactory. The position needs to co-work with various internal and external stakeholders to make sure all parties share the same goal and consensus.

Responsibilities

• Account management: Act as the person in charge for projects of key accounts, design project execution plan, monitor progress, ensure good communication and timely report to key account clients.
• Requirement analysis and planning: Co-work with Business Development Managers to confirm customer’s requirements and mining potential needs.
• Project management: Coordinate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Tech Leads, QA Team, Field Development Managers to develop overall timeline from customized system development, system integration, system testing, energy equipment procurement to site construction engineering management.
• Documentation: Create and maintain essential planning and project management documents for all projects to ensure the progress to be well-communicated and documented. Coordinate with Researchers, Engineers, Data Analysts or vendors to compile the reports for research projects.
• Hands-on ERP operation and in compliance with internal procurement policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years of working experience. Project Management experiences in renewable energy, electricity, ICT or IoT fields are required.
• Excellent in team-working, communication, and problem solving.

Desirable

• Experienced in software development is a plus.
• AWS or other cloud experience is a plus.
