Responsibility:

- Build up quality assurance system/process from the scratch

- Lead and guide the development and execution of quality system meeting and exceeding the company requirements

- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to

ensure legal compliance

- Proactively interface with production/sourcing/engineering to enhance the manufacturing process and control

- Enhance the supplier management system, including vendor selection, vendor assessment, and material qualification

- Lead, manage and plan our test/compliance laboratory fulfilling current and future business requirement

- Support New Product Development and proactively develop new vendor and material with the engineering team and procurement team

- Various quality continuous improvement activities.

- Maintain quality assurance documentation

Requirement：

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.

- 3+ years related working experiences

- Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO27001 Quality Management Systems.

- An analytical and logical thought process, with great attention to detail.

- Experience in documentation and procedure preparation.

- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, specifically google docs and MS office skills.
