Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership, strategy, processes and programs for the field services operations function.
- Prioritize services resources to maximize revenue and margin potential for the business while maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
- Leverage internal relationships to enhance business performance and customer experiences.
- In partnership with business units and sales, help drive business results across businesses and regions.
- Own financial and operational KPIs related to service efficiency, including servicing cost and utilization.
- Fosters strong customer relationships by developing and implementing processes and tools which help establish solid relationships and surpassing customer expectations on service delivery.
- Have more than15 years of solid experience in semiconductor / capital equipment industry.
- Energetic, collaborative and proactive; a leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
- Demonstrate ability to self-direct and prioritize among competing goals and exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated operational excellence, including financial and business analysis skills
