Job Description

  • Execute and ensure smooth HR Operations covering payroll, benefit administration, staff insurances, taxation and any other regulatory reportings and compliances; support HR Operations enquiries via MyConnect.
  • Support and assist GC HRBPs in their delivery of HR services to managers and employees in Tawain and other locations in the GC region; keep abreast of employment and business related regulation development to provide relevant support to the GC HR team and business; update HR policies, manuals, procedures.
  • Support company and HR initiatives / processes e.g. DEI, IWN etc; participation in HR projects (country / regional / global) as and when required.
  • Continuous improvement of HR practices and procedures.
  • Maintain Taiwan industry network to ensure timely update on market trends, ensure local vendor relationship and network
The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in a spectrum of Human Resources functions, relevant HR experience in the financial industry an advantage
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience using Workday
  • Prior experience working in global or regional matrix organization is helpful
  • Knowledge of labour ordinances and regulatory requirements
  • Independent and able to work under a remote management environment
