Job Description

崗位職責：

• 按照倉庫各項作業流程規範作業，撿貨、進出貨、貨品上架、庫存控管與盤點、貨品配送、倉庫5S作業等各項事務作業。
• 執行管理客戶服務作業，提出明確倉庫系統需求，與客服人員及客戶協調溝通，客戶異常案件回饋處理，以達成KPI要求
• 管理與調度倉庫人力配置(含外包商)，控管人力成本並維持高效率之運作，確保達成客戶所設定KPI之收貨及出貨的時效
• 負責現場安全的執行，消除安全隱患，確保庫區內人員、貨物、設備安全；
• 及時向倉儲副理或總經理報告倉儲事故、保護事故現場並協助處理事故；
• 負責倉庫內5S整潔，安全有序操作； 嚴格按照規範進行所有堆高機保養管理，如日常清潔、保養、檢查等作業，並填寫相關報表
  

Qualifications

職務必備技能：

• 熟悉收發貨流程
• 熟練駕駛堆高機(高揚程)
• 瞭解公司的各項規章制度，特別是安全規定。
• 具物流產業的相關經驗5年
• OFFICE運用(PPT, word, 精通EXCEL 函數的使用)
