Job Description:

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

  • PI count (around 222,219 item 9,056,221 pcs)
  • Training plan conduct
  • WH facility review
  • Customs align
  • Transportation arrangement
  • BCP planning
  • others
Moving( 2024/10)

  • Conduct BCP(business continue plan)
  • Coordinate different function during the moving
New NK Warehouse 3

  • PI count before the moving
  • Assist management to reach SLA in daily operation with good result.
  • Support management to manage operation team to success in/out requirement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for standardization and efficiency.
Requirement:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Project management skills.
  • PM system, MS office application, SAP, Meeting minutes recording.
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to work in multinational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present management and customers.
  • Understanding of costing concept preferred.
