Collinsville coal mine is located in the Bowen Basin, approximately 100 kilometres from Bowen in the northern part of Queensland, and produces thermal and coking coal. Collinsville is a safe, dynamic and inclusive workplace that thrives on delivery and high performance. This role would be suitable for a candidate commuting from any regions such as Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays, Townsville or Cairns. Housing/accommodation assistance in Collinsville will be provided for the successful candidate.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you are primarily responsible for assisting in providing a cost effective and efficient procurement, warehousing and distribution service. You will demonstrate extensive experience in all aspects of supply including procurement and warehousing coupled, with a high level of inventory management skills. You’ll know how to operate a computer and maintain accurate stock records. Experience in a procurement database and a forklift ticket is required.

Working within the Maintenance department, you’ll bring proven experience of stores or warehouse work in a busy and challenging environment. You’ll have an eye for detail, be highly organized and work well within a team. You’re the person who likes to get out from behind a desk and take an active role in supporting your team. Dedicated towards providing great customer service, you enjoy interacting with a range of people throughout the day and pride yourself on your communication skills and safety focus.
