視覺界面設計師, UI Designer, Presentation Group

As UI Designer at ViewSonic UIUX Dep., you’ll be responsible for web services and support for other SaaS product design, you will follow the guidance of senior UI and UX designers and responsible for collecting and translating user insights and regions needs into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers’ needs. You will use your creativity and eye for design – along with your technical knowledge – to develop great experiences. You’ll work with product manager, our development team, and global marketing team. Together you’ll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products. In this role, you’ll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers. You’ll translate their needs into user-friendly designs and have a direct impact on the customer’s user-experience.

About the candidate

• You know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements.
• You know how to use the tools of the trade like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Marvel and Overflow.
• You have experience with user research and translating insights from research to your designs.
• You have great communication skills both when interfacing with customers as well as when working with your team.
• You are flexible, decisive and you know how to put ego aside and focus on the needs of the customer.
• You are able to design a complex projects and work with other designers.
• You know how to define and prioritize problems to be tackled.

• At least three years of professional UI design experience, follow UI style guide.
• Knowledge in typography, iconography, layout, responsive design and other UI design areas.
• Experience in Figma and working in UI design positions to conduct product designs.
• Familiarity with stages of the product development process.
• Knowledge of UCD principles and approaches.
• Prior success developing websites, applications and other digital products.
• Experience building user interfaces for websites, mobile apps.
• Develop ideas for UI design elements.
• Ensure products follow inclusion and accessibility principles.
• Establish and maintain style guide for UI design best practices.
