TW - Head of Legal/ Legal Manager

仕事内容

• Assist company in making commercial decisions, evaluate and analyze business issues from a legal perspective, and advise on legal risks accordingly.
• Responsible for providing effective solutions for legal issues occurred in renewable-energy projects
• Participate in contract and business negotiation, responsible for drafting and reviewing relevant documents, e.g. EPC, O&M, construction agreements, land leases, shareholder loan etc. and providing legal opinions.
• Assist company in formulating various contract templates and legal instruments
• Responsible for legal/compliance training
  

• Proficient in various aspect of regulations in Taiwan.
• Familiarity with clean energy/renewable energy/infrastructure industries and Taiwan bar license is preferred.
• At least 6-8 years’ + working experience in international companies or reputable law firms, experience in infrastructure, construction and/or energy M&A projects is preferred.
• English as working language, and strong independent working ability.
