PURPOSE

Support team lead and work with marketing and sales team to achieve company goals by optimizing the efficiency of trade spending & identification of business opportunities. Co-work with sales & marketing to develop business planning, sales forecast, promotion spending management, and new product launch.

Key Accountabilities

Marketing Execution

• Work with sales and marketing team and support team lead to develop trade strategic direction for customer-based promotion and NPD plan with 5Ps in-market implementation.
• Develop in-store merchandising initiatives to facilitate consumer purchase & enhance in-store visibility.
• Work with sales teams to develop the right plan to shape customer mindset and behaviors.
  
  

Category management & Shopper Activation

• Support company portfolio choice to shape category plan.
• Understand consumer & category insights and shopper journey to identify category & business opportunities/initiatives for channels to maximize category growth.
  
  

Business & Financial Acumen

• Manage trade promotion spending and marketing expense.
• Review promotion efficiency to enhance ROI.
  
  

Consumer and influencer understanding

• Utilize market research data to further drive category growth.
• Utilize the digital tools to drive O2O optimization.
  
  

Compliance Process Management: Follow company policies & procedures as well as all compliance requirements

Key Deliverables:Sales, Offtake, Channel GP, Trade Spend & Investment Effectiveness and Efficiency, Customer fundamental across offline/online enablers & Forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Insight-driven with a strong understanding of consumers’ and customers’ needs
• Innovative and results-oriented
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Strategic, creative, and logical thinking
• Solid project management and follow-up
• Resilience, agile mindset to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty & high pressure.
