Your Tasks

Role Purpose

As a Trade Marketing Executive, you are required to co-work with Trade Marketing Manager to manage execution of fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights-based brand/category solutions & activities for customers/channels.

Main Accountability

  • To monitor key competitor activities in the market, providing insight to review and plan for future competitive advantages.
  • Product /assortment management (Follow through NPD / RL / VAS progress).
  • Plan and design merchandising tools (POSM).
  • Develop planogram guidelines / merchandising plan to improve in-store space efficiency.
  • Assistant for annual trade promotion plan and execute promotion activities effectively and efficiently.
  • Work with Key account / Field sales team to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of trade plan.
  • Weekly /monthly POS data tracking and Pre & post evaluation for specific promotions.
  • Pricing control based on promotion guideline make the balance between channel.
  • Demand / forecast evaluation management
  • Operational jobs execution and work closely with cross-functional department.

Your Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, Master or MBA is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of Trade Marketing experiences in FMCG or skincare company. (Fresh graduates with solid motivation are welcome)
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Open-minded, flexible, multi-tasking and with can-do spirit
  • Strong individual contributor and a good team player
  • Detail-oriented and familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
