Technical Writer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements and edit documents to the TIC-standard-format
• Compose accurate, well-formatted product documents based on documents from multiple sources
• Coordinate and collaborate with the product development team to develop technical content, ensure timely reviews and meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft word and Adobe Cloud Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to understand highly technical information
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
• With computer science or engineering background is a plus.
• Interest AI and 5G technologies with a special focus on automotive applications
