We are hiring an experienced Android Phone - Technical Project Manager for GNSS professional to join our team to onsite one of the Big Five American IT companies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all local/regional team members
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of local/regional team members while ensuring all members are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for current project or initiatives
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with local/regional team members and management
• Plan, track, consolidate numbers from local/regional team members and report progress to leadership on a weekly basis.
• Work with Google Taiwan Team, HCL Taiwan & India Teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in testing domain in mobile or consumer electronic devices
• Min. 5 years of experience in project management role for testing projects.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaks fluent English is a must)
• Experience in test plan creation, task planning, schedule planning, test report preparation, test report consolidation,
• Experience in tracking of quality of testing, review of test reports,
• Experience in testing training plan creation
• Experience in creating test quality dashboards
• Technical Skills: Linux, Android, ADB command, JIRA, GNSS, QXDM
• Soft Skills: Good listener, positive attitude, sense of humor, open minded, respect, patience, resolving issues, delegation, etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising local/regional teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Can work under pressure
• Location: currently in Hsin-tien office, location may adjust to Banqiao per client’s request
• Working permit and Mandarin ability is required with foreigner
