Job DescriptionRole Accountabilities

• Ensure demand plan is translated into supply plan on a monthly and weekly level (aligned with Mill planning team)
• Short-Term Planning and Scheduling matching demand and supply constraints/conditions using SPI reports
• Use of APO for Supply planning
• Weekly SPI meetings with the various supply sources
• Participate in monthly Supply review meeting
• Any changes in demand plan during the month are captured and actioned along with the mill and market
• Inventory tracking
• Supply Risks & opportunities reporting
• Inter-country deployment of FG stocks basis the demand & inventory norms & POs for Non-ASEAN deployments (CN, LAO etc.)
• Initiative supply planning execution (PIPO)

Essential Knowledge/ Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering or related discipline; Graduate Degree (MBA) preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in demand & supply planning or Inventory management; S&OP qualifications (CPIM, CPSM, APICS…) preferred
• Experience with systems: SAP, Planning Tool (APO/Arete), strong excel skills, exposure to BW/BI preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; quick learner
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate and influence based on data
