仕事内容

職務說明:

  • 根據業務需求,推動產品產能規劃 供應鏈合理化 擴展 縮減 移轉和技術升級。
  • 負責生產 庫存計畫,提升工廠產值和有效工廠產能利用率,同時保持合理彈。
  • 協調供應鏈管理和產能需求擴張 縮減計劃。
  • 推動流程優化,標準化,數字化及組織策略規劃。
  • 掌握客戶訂單出貨進度,適時提出改善對策,推升客戶滿意度。
  • 內部團隊夥伴 開發 製造 品管… 和外部合作夥伴合作,滿足所有新產品
  • 導入時程,樣品,成本評估 採購策略及掌握主排程確保產品上市時間。

其他條件:

  • 大學畢業,具製造業工作經驗者。
  • 10 年以上產品管理 採購主管或供應鏈管理相關工作經驗。
  • 具備與國內外供應商談判經驗,在合約風險評估 品質… 等能力。
  • 具備採購成本合理化及提升供應鏈效率所締造成本貢獻能力。
  • 英文溝通能力佳

Job Description:

  • In response to business needs, drive product capacity planning, streamline the supply chain, expand, reduce, transfer, and upgrade technologies.
  • Responsible for production and inventory planning, enhancing factory output and efficient utilization of factory capacity while maintaining reasonable flexibility.
  • Coordinate supply chain management and capacity expansion/reduction plans.
  • Promote process optimization, standardization, digitization, and organizational strategic planning.
  • Monitor customer order shipment schedules, timely propose improvement measures, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal team partners in development, manufacturing, quality control, and external partners to meet all new product introduction schedules, samples, cost assessments, procurement strategies, and control the master schedule to ensure product launch on time.

Additional Requirements:

  • University graduate with experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Over 10 years of experience in product management, procurement management, or related roles in supply chain management.
  • Experience in negotiating with domestic and international suppliers, with abilities in contract risk assessment, quality evaluation, etc.
  • Ability to rationalize procurement costs and contribute to improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
