職務定位與目標

• JTI日煙國際製造 STEMe 儲備幹部培訓計畫，目標為培養職場新鮮人具備未來管理實力。在一年間的培訓期間中，儲備幹部將在二個重點功能單位培養實戰經驗。經證明己具備潛力及績效表現者，將有機會得到絕佳的職涯發展機會。
• 儲備幹部必須在培訓期間達成要求之績效目標。
  
  

資格條件

• 理工、科技、數學相關科系大學或研究所畢業
• 應屆畢業生或具備0-2年經驗之職場新鮮人
• 須具備良好中英文說寫能力
• 具備良好的中英文溝通、簡報能力及人際溝通技巧
• 具備積極的態度、抗壓能力且解決問題的活力

WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

• JTI Manufacturing Taiwan STEMe Programme targets to develop fresh graduates into future management positions. In the one-year program, you will work in a real job context with genuine responsibility in two main functions driving our business. The Trainee with proven potential and performance record will be provided excellent career opportunities with our organization.
• The Management Trainee must meet a series of performance targets during the training period at the end of functional training.
  
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Must-Have
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with BA/ MS degree in Science/ Technology/ Engineering/ Mathematics
• Fresh graduate or a professional with 0-2 years of work experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
• Proactive and able to work under pressure, possess agility for problem-solving and barrier removal
• Aspire for personal growth and learning
