Sr. Reliability Life Test Engineer

• Design and implement biased life testing setups according to BL product specifications. * Collaborate on Reliability bias testing with BL, addressing and resolving issues. * Ensure accurate implementation of biased reliability tests for qualification. * Develop procedures for thermal determination and conduct tests, verifying signals. * Maintain and improve the quality of biased test equipment and software.
• EE/CS BS or MS degree holder.
• Experienced in hardware/embedded firmware development.
• Strong English communication skills
• Works well independently and in a multinational team.
• Proficient in PCB and SMT knowledge.
• C language familiarity.
• BI oven skills are advantageous.
• Familiar with 3x5 why or 8D method.
• Skilled in presenting technical concepts clearly.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
