Worldwide leading IDM with Analog Solution

Responsibilities

• Responsible for foundry technology roadmap, new technology enablement, and new product introduction.
• Partner with lead foundries and current and future technologies including, MOSFET, BCD, advanced CMOS, and image sensors.
• Collaborate with internal cross functional teams, including business units, sales, procurement, legal, and executive management to develop and execute a foundry technology strategy to provide best in class technologies with competitive price to company products.
• Establish relationships with foundry companies and their executives to continue to strengthen partnerships and support company business needs.
• Partner with internal teams to successfully enable new product introduction and volume production in foundries for realization of company overall manufacturing strategy.

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience working with semiconductor technology development, fab integration, product engineering, business development, foundry management in IDM, or Foundry or Fabless companies.
• Good language capability with great cross-regional/cross-function communication skill
• Flexible in local travel (frequent around Taiwan area, occasionally around Asia)
  

Education

MS degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Material Science or related area. PhD Degree will be a big plus
