Your JobPRIMARY PURPOSE:研發 I/O 連接器使用的 EMI 金屬遮罩.Responsible for the design EMI cage for IO connectors.Molex is seeking an experienced mechanical Principal Engineer to design our industry leading high-speed connector/cage for our big data and hyperscale customers. These creative, high-tech leading-edge components are critical for the data superhighways existence we use every day changing the world. In this highly visible engineering position, you will join a team of professionals who are passionate to deliver the best products in the world to the market.Our TeamWhat You Will DoDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be interfacing with professional cross functional team members in our signal integrity team, manufacturing integration team, program management, sales organization, state of the art test laboratories, high tech R&D model shop, manufacturing and senior leadership team.
• Ability to create/modify 3D models, drawings and BOMs.
• Perform mechanical design analysis, simulation, testing reports and eliminate design mistake.
• Perform measurement, testing on products to ensure the product performance.
• Perform other related assignment. Support Manufacturing and Quality Assurance during product launches and have travel opportunities to visit our manufacturing sites and meet the global team.
• Follow product development process, cooperate with cross functional team and ensure time to market.
• Support sales, marketing to communicate with customer to solve engineering issues.
• Help lead the organization in identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enable next generation products, improve costs and quality, as well as improve New Product Development (NPD) engineering processes.
• Provide leadership, support, and guide less experienced team members on multiple NPD projects.

Who You areEDUCATIONRequired:Bachelor’s degree or above in EngineeringPreferred:Mechanical Engineering, Molds and Dies Design Engineering.WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:Required:Complete 2 projects from design to mass production is preferred.Can handle design work independently.Above 5 years in product design is preferred. With ability to file patent is not subject to 5 years’ limit.Preferred:Design experience with connectors, notebooks, sheet metal products, light pipes, thermal solutions.What Will Put You AheadSkillsRequired:

• 2nd Language: English. Be able to join global meeting in English.
• 3D /2D CAD skills: NX (preferred), Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc...
• Drawing skills: Perform
• Design skills: Tolerance analysis, DFM, Experience with finite element analysis.
• Knowledge in molding, stamping, PCB, plating, assembly process, product development process.
