Sourcing / Senior Sourcing Manager for Site Investigation in APAC Procurement

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for your own regional sourcing area and drive sourcing from A-Z. You’ll be working with all of our asset projects in the Asia-Pacific on sourcing and negotiating the best possible contracts within the Geo Tech and Geophys surveys scope.

Welcome to APAC Procurement
You’ll be part of our regional sourcing team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for a wide range of supply chain and procurement activities throughout the lifecycle time of an offshore wind farm. You’ll work with a wide range of local, regional, and global suppliers and be interacting with the overall APAC organization and some of our colleagues in Europe.

You’ll play an important role in:

• defining sourcing strategies
• leading competitive tendering processes until contract signing
• preparing and conducting negotiations
• drafting all contractual and legal documents
• managing stakeholders across the company’s complex value chain.
  

To succeed in the role, you:

• have substantial experience in sourcing complex products in a volatile business environment
• have strong stakeholder management skills from a large international company
• have a proven track record of creating sustainable results in your procurement projects
• preferably have experience from the offshore business
• have a strong commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
