What’s the role?

As Solution Consultant, you work on the launch of our Hilti services - Fleet management (tool park management) and asset management (Hilti ON!Track). Reporting to the Product Manager-Service. Together with our sales team in Middle of Taiwan, you ensure sustainable success of our solution business with your strong customer and service orientation. You train and consult the salesforce, support the sales process of Fleet Management and ON!Track and implement the solutions at the customers’ side. This includes consulting and training our customers and users.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to assist in growing and supporting software and services with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti. The role involves researching new business prospects by running customer surveys for product development and working with sales teams to develop local strategies. The job holder needs to maintain knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services. Scope: Anchor job in Solution Selling structure.

What you need is:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in consultative selling or sales or customer service, with relevant successes, must be comfortable with construction site conditions.
  • Business acumen. Able to identify business potential through interaction with customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills especially in explaining workflows.
  • Strong winning mindset and can-do attitude, self-motivated to deliver results.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, process-mind thinking, problem solving, independent, dynamic and open for feedback and new ideas.
  • Team player with strong team work and customer-orientation. Able to drive and influence different teams to work together to achieve the goal.
  • Good knowledge in the use of computer’s programs and mobile apps. A tech-savvy personality will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High proficiency in spoken Taiwanese, fluent in written and spoken English is a plus.
