• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with software development.
• 3 years of experience in technical leadership and people management.
• Experience in C/C++.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with wireless technologies such as LTE and 5G.
• Experience in Java or C++ to conduct effective code review.
• Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders technically.
• Ability to build a team and set the diversified, inclusive and respectful culture to scale.
• Ability to motivate the team in a changing environment.
