Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Design/Product Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user interviews, consolidating requirements, and translating them into system specification (SPEC) documents to provide guidance for software development. Your strategy and design must consider technical and project resource limitations. We are looking for someone who can take strong ownership of their responsibilities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in XR/VR/AR/3D development, with the ability to understand the work of cross-function teams and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical and summarizing skills, with the ability to quickly learn new industry/field knowledge.
• Proficiency in Unity/Unreal Engines or game development, with a proven track record of developing software design specification documents.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-disciplinary people, such as PMs, software and hardware engineers, UX and UI designers, etc.

Bonus Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for the law enforcement or military industry, and familiar with related games.
• Understanding of User-Centered Design and prioritizing user experience enhancement in planning considerations.
