KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential responsibilities/accountabilities, areas of focus, tasks or functions fundamental to the job.

• Install and startup Husky key product line,ie HyPET, HPP, HPP4.0, HPP5 independently. Complete startup checklist and production readiness acknowledgement with help of RSM/TL/Senior service engineers.
• Submit ESR report with good quality within 5 days.
• Complete troubleshooting or level one data collection with call center or senior SE’s support.
• Keep to Husky dress code with EHS compliance when visiting customer.
• Communicate with customer in each task with help of RSM/TL/Senior SE
• Build/Maintain customer relationship and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Manage toolbox properly.
• Follow Husky stand service documents including Bulletin and service procedure.
• Complete and pass all training courses. (E learning, 100level and classroom training)
• Flexibility for travel.
• Effectively using conventional and special tools for service and diagnostics
• Performing process optimizations for production quality, cycle time or other goals
• Internal quality issues communication and investigation
• Service bulletin implementation
• Follow up with customer’s implementation on system maintenance according to instruction manual.
• Key service issues follow up ;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills [i.e. analytical, diagnostic and technical problem solving skills]
• Bachelor’s degree prefered, major in electrical/mechanical/mechatronic engineering
• 3+ years in Injection Molding Machine service experience is preferred.
• Able to read Hydraulic schematic and electric drawing.
• Good local language communication skills
• Good customer oriented mindset.
• Team player.
• English: fluent in reading, writing and Listening/speaking.
