The Role

Working as a Senior Test Engineer based in Hukou, you will:

• GPAK product line ATE test capability development including generating test coverage and test program and designing test hardware.
• Debug silicon and publish GPAK silicon test results and work with design engineering team to correlate test results between ATE and design’s bench. Gate initial test yield.
• Timely provide GPAK tested samples to marketing and sales teams.
• Release test program and test hardware to subcon and complete correlation with subcon’s engineer.
• Support low yield lot disposition and yield improvement.
• Perform test time reduction for high volume production products.
• Support GPAK Q&R team-test related.

What We Are Looking For?

• BSEE/MSEE.
• 3 to 5 years Semiconductor testing experience.
• ATE Background: Knowledge of YTEC tester, V50.
