Responsibilities

Leading a team in charge of all subcon test operation for:

• ISG FT/CP Test NPI & Transferring including:

o Work with BU teams for new product test readiness and qualification

o Device transferring projects for capacity expansion

• ISG FT/CP Test Operation Support including:

o Yield Improvement,

o TTR

o MPE disposition

o Cost Saving initiatives

• ISG Tester Platform Consolidation and Optimization for Subcons

o Support to onsemi’s tester strategy and roadmap

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience supporting/developing CIS related products including NPI and production
• At least 5 years of experience on Teradyne IP750EX or other tester platforms for CIS products
• Familiar with CIS test program structures and programming techniques
• Familiar with CIS test interface hardware applications including light source etc.
• Familiar with CIS test applications and methodologies
• Proven leadership experience ( at least 3 persons )
• Fluent English is highly preferred
• Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
• Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
