仕事内容
Division: Semiconductor Mask Solutions
Main Tasks:
l Cultivate strong customer relationship and develop customer champions, actively assess customer’s voice/feedback, and maintain customer satisfaction.
l Work with App and Service team to understand customer needs, promote mask solutions, coordinate/deal with obstacles, execute sales strategy to close business and drive business growth.
l Identify trends/business opportunities, conduct market & competitor analysis, and develop scorecard with technical team.
l Prepare/present sales report, manage sales forecast and work with HQ, Order Management and Finance for sales planning and cash flow management.
Education:
l Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
Experiences:
l 6 - 10 years’ experience in key account management in semiconductor industry, familiar with semi ecosystem
l Experienced in equipment sales or service is preferred
l Proficient in written and spoken English (TOEIC above 650) and Chinese. Work with headquarter based in Germany and Israel directly.
l Proactive attitude and problem solver
l Results-oriented & good team player
l Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
