Responsibilities

• Achieve NPI milestone (sample to production)
• Manage all necessary tools/materials/capacity in Fab and OSAT, together with Product Engineering team and Design team
  

Qualifications

• Carrier in Semiconductor Industry – over 5 years
• Capability of operations planning, and speedy actions
• Language : English and Mandarin
