The Client Services and Operations Team is responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with clients, brands and businesses that spend on advertising with Verizon Media. This role is key in supporting our Sales force by managing the day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining and optimizing advertising campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can bring his or her business skills to assist the Sales force in the Hong Kong Market to maintain and grow revenue.

What you will be doing
  • Provide Search, Native, and Display ad support to Sales and Client, ranging from IO creation, campaign set up, troubleshooting, billing inquiries etc.
  • Coordinate campaign setup and billings with other internal entities such as Ad Creative Tech, Legal, Billing, and Collections
  • Act as a lead SME on platforms and internal processes. Seen as the go-to expert in one or more areas.
  • Ability to define and establish process flow to enhance efficiencies and to protect the revenue.
  • Preparing & Maintaining Training documents, Wiki pages with updates, SOPs & any other documents.
  • Significant contributions to success of the business and client satisfaction, both internally and externally.
  • Influence positive behaviors. Train and mentor other team members.
  • Reliable and independent. Able to complete tasks with minimal direction from management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across functions within the organization.
  • Established cross-functional relationships both locally and regionally.

What You Will Need
  • BS/BA from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in Cantonese will be highly preferred.
  • System Savvy. Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of Gdocs and Mac.
  • Familiarity with Online Advertising domain and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
