R&R
1. Coordinate end-to-end people process of talents from vacancy defining, sourcing, and onboarding.
2. Provide advice and suggestions to line managers regarding HR practices, policies, and programs.
3. Identify people and organizational issues and provide solutions to line managers to achieve business objectives and improve organization effectiveness.
4. Productivity review, H/C planning and talent acquisition
5. Execute Human Resources programs and projects
Qualifications:
1. Over 10 years experience in Human Resources management, with at least 3 years experience in recruitment
2. Good communication and problem solving skill
3. Aggressive, self-motivated, and can work under pressure
4. Good English ability
