• Coordinate production processes, manpower deployment, and overall plant operations. * Control production schedules and output to meet goals and indicators. * Develop budgets and ensure cost control for raw materials, equipment, and human resources. * Plan and manage production line operations, implementing automation for increased capacity. * Manage overall plant operations, including equipment maintenance and personnel.
• Over 12 years of experience in factory field
• Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Demonstrates a proactive and optimistic attitude, excelling in cooperation and coordination
• Hold a university degree or higher in a pertinent field
• Acquainted with factory processes is a prerequisite
• Displays robust cross-functional coordination skills
