Position Summary:The Senior Accountant for AME TW will be responsible for financial activities including leading team to complete monthly closing, preparing the related monthly reports, full accounts reconciliations, quarterly SOX tasks and providing support to internal and external audits, etc.How You Will Do It:

• Lead team to complete full Navision journals and posting timely and accurately, upload HFM timely and accurately.
• Prepare the monthly BS/PL reports and other reports.
• Review team’s accruals reports, keep tracking & clear off long aging timely and accurately.
• Lead implement standard Full Accounts Reconciliation templates, packages and process for all legal entities. Prepare and review Full Accounts Reconciliations timely and precisely.
• Support Finance Controller to keep good SSC / Corp / BU cost control (corrections and communications).
• Contribute Accounting and Reporting professions to process improvements, accountable for leading team to contribute to any accounting process improvements.
• Ad hoc analysis and tasks assigned by Finance Controller.
• Lead team to complete quarterly SOX Self-Testing timely and accurately.
• Lead team to provide strong support to internal and external audits, take quick and proper correction actions.

What We Look For:

• College or University Degree of Finance and Accounting
• 5+ years of the relevant working experiences in MultiNational Corporation.
• Professional certificates will be a plus
• Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skill and team work spirit
• Excellent English in writing and reading, good in listening and speaking will be a plus
• Skills with Microsoft Navision will be a plus
