Sales Team : 150

Responsibilities

• Worldwide market research and trend & competitors’ analysis, business & pricing strategies planning/execution
• Responsible for annual sales target setting/management
• Responsible for annual/quarterly/monthly sales management
• Reinforce/maintain relationship with existing clients
• New client engagement

Experience

• 20+ years of working experience in Semiconductor industry with bilingual capability (Mandarin/English) .
• At least 12 years of managerial experience with Sales function.
• Proven record of global sales teams management with multi-region perspective.
• In-depth knowledge of selling & pricing strategies and methods, team motivation skills as well as risk-awareness
• Macroeconomics mindset with great leadership & communication & interpersonal & customer service skills.
  

Education

Bachelor degree with Engineering major with MBA is a big plus.
