Division: Research Microscopy Solutions(RMS)

Main Tasks / 主要任務

• Serve industry clients, follow market business mechanisms to sell products to customers and collect payments.

• Explore and create market demand through various sales channels, including both direct sales channels and indirect sales channels (distributors).

• Motivate distributors to generate more opportunities in the industry market.

Education / 教育背景

• An advanced degree (M.S. / Ph.D.) in Material Science, Physics, or Engineering related discipline.

Experience / 經驗

• Understand the academic market in southern Taiwan and possess the ability to conduct market analysis and customer analysis.

• Strategic thinking, capable of pre-planning phased work objectives and reliably completing tasks.

• Optimistic and proactive, skilled in collaborating with others.

• Not required, but familiarity with microscope is preferred, particularly in the fields of life sciences or materials science.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in business.

Other skills /其他技能

• Excellent interpersonal communication, team player, self motivated, strong analytical skills, and fluent in Chinese and English

• Distributor management skill

Location in Hsinchu is preferred, but not mandatory. The workplace location can be discussed.
