The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of developing strong relationships with customers. We are seeking individuals who are willing to embrace challenges and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers for the OEM business
• Engage in new customer and new product development initiatives
• Train and lead the team members in executing their tasks effectively

Qualifications

• Possess at least 2 years of international business experience in the semiconductor industry or related field
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within sales or business development
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination skills, and project management abilities
• Having an engineering background or relevant experience in the same industry is preferred
