Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an aggresive minded Sales Manager to develop and manage our sales to be located in Taiwan. You will be responsible for acquiring new business as well as maintaining existing relationships. We are looking for an individual with passion towards sales within the engineering field and a strong personal drive to reach his/her goals.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Handle general customer inquiries for Industrial Heating Solution mainly heat exchanger(HEX) in Marine, HVAC/R field
• Build and maintain strong business partnerships to influence existing and new customer’s Danfoss based solutions and technologies
• Lead, Bridge and provide technical communication with Regional support team to customer
• Advise customers in adopting the best solutions
• Develop current partner and new expansion to vertical and hotspots
• Provide Sales Report and development progress
• Review project specifications, schematic drawings and product selection to quote
• Register all customer inquiries and to follow-up, escalate when needed
• Accountable for assigned role commitment delivery

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within heat exchanger product & Solution
• Intermediate knowledge in HVAC/R applications
• Strong communication and negotiations skills
• Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player
• Performance driven not afraid to suggest/take initiatives
• Cooperative and excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in English
