As the first Sales Director for Empower Semiconductor in Taiwan, you will build and lead a team of field sales, field applications engineers and distribution partners for Taiwan. You will use your creativity and knowledge of the Taiwan market to develop and implement a sales strategy that includes advertising, merchandising and channels to market. You will regularly attend customer meetings and work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. This role is based in Taiwan.

You Bring To The Table

• Minimum of 10 years of Sales leadership
• Experience in collaborating with engineering and sales
• Strong knowledge in power management and networking communication products
• Clear understanding of market trends, applications, systems and products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing, in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Ability to develop long term relationships with strategic customers based on trust, loyalty, expertise and professionalism
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Local Candidates are preferred
