Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in RF design of consumer electronics, including component evaluation and solution selection.
• Experience with different wireless communication systems such as WiFi and BT.
• Experience with board design, bring-up, desense mitigation, factory processes and manufacturing.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with RF design in consumer products and solid in using common RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers.
• Experience in WiFi and BT design, board-level debug skills, with schematic creation and PCB design.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and circuit simulation capability such as Advanced Design System (ADS), automation tools for data collection/analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FCC, IC, CE, etc.), and their respective certification process.
  
  

About The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for wearables WiFi and BT. Our tasks include system architecture, RF design, RF simulation, performance optimization, certification, factory issue clarification, and system test support, and also work with Software team, antenna team and other related teams to develop RF systems and clarify all RF issues and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wireless system including WiFi and BT on phones and wearables.
• Define architecture, specification, design and test boards for innovative consumer electronics devices.
• Design and optimize wireless system, and responsible for PCB design for optimal RF performance
• Design for volume manufacturing and support factory engineers from prototyping to product launch.
• Collaborate with related teams such as antenna team and Software Engineers to develop RF system, and work with component vendors and partners to solve all concerns.
