We are looking for a Recruiting Project Manager to attract and recruit world-class executive talents to join the fast-growing PerfectCorp, a leader in AI&AR-powered Beauty & Fashion Tech solution provider.

Responsibilities

1. Independent and timely execution of tasks within recruiting processes

2. Takes full responsibility for managing and completing requests to provide high-quality service to employees and colleagues for recruiting services

3. Develop, implement, and share best practices using LinkedIn Recruiter and 104 career sites to target top candidates.

4. Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

1. Minimum of +5 years recruiting experience

2. A combination of in-house corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred

3. Excellent written and spoken in English

4. Previous experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage.
