Main Purpose:

Taoglas have a requirement for a RF Engineer based at either our Taoyuan or Tainan offices. We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated engineer, to support our continued growth in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• RF circuit and system design
• Confirm specification with customers
• Perform simulations, consumption evaluation, schematics, placement, layout and BOM preparation
• Perform fine tuning and verification
• FCC, CE, ESD, Surge pre-certification
• Work closely with antenna, process and ME engineers on a variety of projects

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with conversational English.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Software evaluation/RF design/ Semiconductor experience.
• Familiar with Altium including schematic, PCB layout and build up library.
• 5 years relevant experience in RF circuit design and system integration of
• GPS/AM/FM/Wi-Fi/LTE/Zigbee/Zwave/BT products.
• Familiar with certification of FCC/UL/CE EMI/ESD/Surge.
• Specialized in radio frequency microelectronics, IEEE 802.11ac/ax and 3GPP specifications.
• Familiar antenna design and software such as CST is preferred.
