[Core Responsibilities]

• Manage product quality at tollers.
• Collaborate with technical and manufacturing team to drive quality improvement at Hsinchu site I
• Take the lead on quality complaint investigation and response to satisfy customer.
• Conduct quality audit for tollers and critical suppliers
• Host customer visit / audit at tollers.
• Participate in product commercialization / technical projects as Quality Representative.
• Drive quality improvement with suppliers for critical raw materials
• Support quality improvement activities at Hsinchu site I.
• Familiar with the implementation of SPC, Control plans, APQP, PPAP and MSA
  
  

[Job Qualification]

• MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science related background .
• 3+ years experienced in PCB, semiconductor, electronics material is plus .
• 6 Sigma Green Belt certificated is plus
• ISO9001 lead auditor certificate is plus
• Positive attitude.
• Good learning ability.
• Good communication skill with cross functions .
• Good English communication capability.
