Isola is an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products.

This position is responsible for customer complaint handling and supplier quality issue. Keep close contact with customer to identify root cause and drive corrective and preventive action for any quality issue .Additionally, this role provide support in LPA and internal audit to drive continuous improvement of Isola’s Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Whenever necessary, handle customer complaints in timely manner and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Work together with multiple function team to ensure the effectiveness of the Corrective Action and Preventive Actions.

• Prepare report (8D, other reports per customer request) to customers and also for internal use when required.

• Handle supplier quality issue and work together with SCM team on supplier performance appraisal and drive supplier to achieve continuous improvements

• Support LPA/Internal audit to ensure the level of execution to all process required

• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• B.A degree in Engineering or Science. English oral and written ability.

• Above 3 years of working experience in customer complaint handing, quality management.

• Customer Consciousness: Identify and understand our customer’s needs and their markets.

• Familiar with 8D (5Why, Fishbone), FMEA/PPAP/MSA/SPC tools

• Good knowledge and practice of ISO9001/IATF16949 audit .
