Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier market data (supply and demand, price, technology, policy, etc.) collection and trend analysis.
• Have procurement experience in equipment, spare parts or project contracting, etc., and be able to be responsible independently (from PR Issue, inquiry, bid opening, price comparison, to contract signing, etc.).
• Supplier development and management, effective control of procurement procedures and progress.
• Purchasing policy and strategy implementation.

Working Conditions & Environment:

• More than 8 years of practical experience in procurement.
• Strong pressure resistance, able to work independently.
• Strong thinking logic and analytical ability.
• Experience in technology, electronics, and energy-related industries is preferred.
• Experience in engineering, electromechanical, large-scale equipment or raw material procurement is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Educational Requirements:

• University or above
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products at the following levels:
• -Word, Outlook: Basic level of skill
• -Excel, Power Point: Intermediate level of skill
