• Deliver internal customer satisfaction on behalf of Group Purchasing and the performance unit.
• Conduct Value Based Sourcing with cluster of local Categories
• A continuously optimization of the Operational Excellence, Innovation and Sustainability delivered from Suppliers.
• TCO optimization in the industry/ category
• Collaboration with cross functional team to solve daily site problems such as suppliers or components related issues
• Support supply chain and quality to improve supplier performance
• Provide administrative support to categories related to sourcing and relationship activities in close cooperation with the Category Manager. In addition role model in below mentioned key activities.

• Responsible cluster of local categories
• Execution of sourcing strategies by using the existing Purchasing Tools.
• Responsible for the tendering process (eRFI & RFQs and e-auctions).
• Support the creation updating of contracts
• Responsible for price and contract negotiations
  
  

• Responsible for Vendor master data
• Responsible for updating Purchasing conditions
• Support daily problems solving at site of plants
• Improve supplier
  
  

• Monitor the performance of suppliers (e.g. on-time deliveries, quality).
• Prepare and participate in follow-up with suppliers on performance against target and agreed development activities.
• Support the follow up on improvement initiatives.
• Support classification of suppliers.
• Participate in developing the SRM (Supplier Relation Management) strategies for key suppliers and relevant collaborative suppliers.
• Be part of a team of cross-functional key stakeholders.
